About Building Document
Our Mission
Our product is the complete documentation of existing conditions for all types buildings from commercial, industrial, office and residential. Documentation includes either 2D AutoCAD or 3D Revit plans that identify architectural elements such as walls, doors, windows, materials, structure and the building envelope. Also included are all HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment as required. Square footages are generated for all spaces and dimensions are clearly and accurately represented per the latest BOMA standards. As well as the listed services, we also do tenant development work, permit drawings, evacuation route and egress diagrams, BOMA space calculations and verification plans and 3DVR photographic surveys.
